Rizwan Malik – Head of Special Projects Division

Rizwan holds a Masters degree in business administration. He has over 20 years of extensive sales and management experience. His accolades include successful stints in the top three FMCG companies of Pakistan were he has managed portfolios worth over $80 million annually.

In addition to this Rizwan specializes in complex negotiations which has helped him in developing specific key accounts with Government of Pakistan and Pakistan Army.

Shahid Masnsoor – Head of Consultancy Division

Shahid Mansoor is a domain expert on all matters relating to energy and the environment including climate change mitigation aspects. He has bachelor and master’s degrees from Stanford University, USA and over nine years of rich experience working on energy and environment issues for various international outfits such as USAID, ADB, World Bank and GIZ.

Shahid has considerable expertise in the promotion and development of renewable energy based technologies for rural electrification and improving access to electricity in the country with particular focus on solar technologies (PV and thermal) as well as micro and mini hydropower development, biomass and biogas based power generation. However, he also specializes on supporting conventional fossil fuel based project development while also having developed master plans for development of the energy landscape in the conflict hit regions of Pakistan such as the tribal regions.

Waleed Elahi – Head of Business Development and Strategy Division

Waleed Has an electrical engineering degree from University of Wisconsin – Madison and an MBA degree from Lahore University of Management Sciences, a reputable University of Pakistan.

Waleed has over 6 years of experience in multiple industries. He has worked extensively as the Regulatory Affairs Manager for British American Tobacco where he spear headed engagement and discussions with stake holders in the Government of Pakistan. Waleed’s dream is to help give direction to the renewable energy policy of the Government and help make solar a mainstream energy source for all Pakistanis.

Zamir Naeem – Head of Small & Medium Projects Division

Zamir is an electrical and computer engineer who graduated with honors from the University of Connecticut. He has over thirteen years of experience in various industries and is the founder of three companies that are looking to bring innovation and new management approaches into Pakistan.

Zamir specializes in customized solar solutions and has contributed greatly to the development of solar technologies in Pakistan. Zamir is currently focused on providing support and solutions for small and medium sized solar projects in Pakistan.
